Our Story

Encore Specialty Products Ltd. (ESP) provides clients with high quality promotional and advertising products that help them build brand awareness, employee recognition and support for customer acquisition and loyalty events.

The head office is located in Edmonton, Alberta which includes a sales office, showroom and conference room as well as shipping and receiving area which we use for quality control prior to delivery of order(s) to our client(s). ESP's in-house resources include a team of knowledgeable sales professionals, administrative support and an in -house graphic designer who provides a full range of graphic design services including logo design and brand development. ESP's facilities and website were built and designed as a resource to help our clients find the right advertising specialty item for all their Marketing and Branding events.

The management and staff at ESP pride ourselves in a high level of customer support and satisfaction which is reinforced by the fact that the majority of our business has come from referrals over the past twenty years.

What Makes Us Different

Our team of sales professionals is driven by a common approach to promotional products: if it's a hard good, it should get used; if it's a soft good, it should get worn; if it's edible, it should taste good.

What we don't do is sell our clients something that we don't think is going to work for them. We pride ourselves in taking time to understand the needs of our clients and their business or event and provide them with innovative ideas that work within their budget.
